• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• All entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States.
• Entrants are allowed only one entry per month. Unreadable entry forms will be disqualified.
• Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.
• Entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that their contact details are up to date so that they can be contacted if they win. All entrants must ensure they are contactable any time between the date of the drawing and 30 days after the drawing. If MUSICandMODELING.com or its authorized agents are not able to contact the winner by midnight 14 days after the first attempted notification or if the winner cannot, for whatever reason, accept their prize, MUSICandMODELING.com reserves the right to redraw the prize and the original winner's entitlement will lapse.
• By accepting a prize, all winners agree that MUSICandMODELING.com, their affiliates, and all of the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of MUSICandMODELING.com, will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including (without limitation) injuries, loss or damages arising out of or relating to death, and, injuries, damages or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this giveaway.
• MUSICandMODELING.com reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway, reject any entry, or make any revisions to the official rules as we deem necessary without notification.
• The drawing for the giveaway will be held on January 31st, 2008. The winner will be determined by a random drawing from all entries received as part of the giveaway. The winner and their prize will be posted no later than 30 days following the drawing at www.musicandmodeling.com.
• Awarded gift or prize may not be exchanged for cash.
• MUSICandMODELING.com reserves the right to offer a rain check or prize of equal value for any prize not immediately available.
• Participants who meet the age requirements may be contacted via telephone, e-mail, or mail.
• By submitting this entry form you are also agreeing to receive our monthly newsletter and any other future promotional materials.
• Acceptance of any gift or prize constitutes your permission for MUSICandMODELING.com's use of your name for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
